I provide face to face sessions in Carlton Hill therapy rooms on Tuesday evenings & Hove Therapy Rooms, Church road all day on Fridays. I will have availability coming up on Thursdays soon.

I also provide online sessions, to people all over the UK. Please contact me for availabilty.

I believe therapy should be accessible to all, please contact me to discuss alternative days/times and I will endevour to accomodate.

I have a 48 hour cancellation notice, meaning that any sessions cancelled within 48 hours require a full payment.

My fees for 2025 are as follows:

Individual session (50 minutes) - £65

Couples session (50 minutes) - £80

I apprieciate that therapy can be expensive, I am happy to discuss frequency of sessions that both benefit your well being and your finances. Some people prefer to initially come weekly, whereas I can also offer fortnightly or triweekly sessions.

If you are currently low income or on benefits please contact me to discuss other options.

I accept cash or bank transfer payments.
